## Purpose

This skill is a self-test. It verifies, end to end, that the EOCube skills catalog was
discovered and that this skill's body can be loaded by the running harness. It has no
other function.

## Trigger

The user message contains the exact token `SKILL_LOAD_TEST_123`.

## Required behaviour

1. In a harness that loads skills on demand, the single call that loads this skill is
   expected and allowed. That call is the test.
